ENS HSC Honours Prof. Victor N. Voyevodin

The European Nuclear Society High Scientific Council sadly announces the passing of its Honourable member, Prof. Victor N. Voyevodin.

Prof. Voyevodin has been the Director of the Institute of Solid State Physics, Materials Science and Technology of the Kharkiv Institute of Physics and Technology and a Corresponding Member of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine (NASU).

ENS HSC commemorates Prof. Voyevodin as a professional devoted to the study and development of materials for nuclear energy, author of world-class research and publications and tireless organiser of conferences and schools on nuclear physics and material studies.

As an active and well-known representative of the world nuclear community, Prof. Voyevodin joined the ENS HSC in 2019.
